Job profile
- Operational implementation of the established group-wide quality management system at two locations and participation in further development
- Process optimisation together with the responsible process owners
- Responsibility for leading and controlling the quality management team
- Ensuring the implementation of quality standards and customer regulations
- Planning & implementation of the annual audit programme (system, process, product and supplier audits)
- Close cooperation with customers and suppliers as well as internal cross-departmental communication
- Coordinating the collection and evaluation of quality data and corresponding reporting
- Moderation of problem-solving meetings with process owners (root cause & risk analyses)
Candidate profile
- Successfully completed engineering studies, ideally specialising in foundry technology or materials engineering
- Alternatively, comparable completed technical vocational training with appropriate further training
- Qualification as Lead Auditor (DIN EN ISO 19011 / VDA 6.3) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in an adequate management function in quality management in the automotive industry, ideally industry-specific knowledge in the foundry environment
- Proof of performance in the management and control of employees (m/f/d)
- Familiarity with the quality standards of an automotive supplier
- Expert knowledge of established QM methods (automotive core tools)
- Knowledge of testing and control methods in quality management
- Proven success in the establishment and further development of quality standards
- Very good command of English
