Job Profile:
- Supervision of the construction phases including construction management for all trades in service phases 6-9 according to HOAI
- Acquisition of projects and new customers as well as qualified customer support during the construction period
- Calculation and preparation of offers
- Creation and maintenance of construction schedules, quantity takeoffs and bills of quantities
- Tendering and awarding construction and subcontractor services
- Coordination of individual subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure optimum construction progress and flawless quality through to subsequent acceptance and documentation
- Handling complaints and defects as well as commissioning and monitoring the rectification of defects
- Management and control of employees (construction site personnel)
- Accounting for your own construction site
Candidate Profile:
- Completed engineering studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture
- Alternatively, completed comparable vocational training, preferably with further training as a construction technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in construction management in building construction, ideally with a focus on expansion, conversion and renovation projects
- Knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB), implementation planning and construction execution
- Experience in quantity surveying and the creation of construction schedules and bills of quantities
- Knowledge of costing and invoicing
- Know-how in the registration, processing and rectification of defects
- Familiarity with the Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV), particularly with regard to health and safety
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs
- Familiarity with tendering and scheduling programs
