Job Profile
- Responsibility for the entire model making process, including provision and management of model for production
- Preparation, inspection, cleaning and proper maintenance of models
- Handover of models to production according to production plan
- Measuring and checking the models for quality assurance
- Setting up new models and carrying out model approval
- Adaptation and optimization of existing models as required
- Creating risk analyses and carrying out safety-related training courses
- Participation in meetings on production processes and complaints
- Monitoring the model inventory and initiating repeat orders as required
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes
- Coordinating work processes to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Compliance with and monitoring of quality, safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of work equipment and facilities
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as a technical model maker (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on foundry
- First professional experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing company
- Openness and enthusiasm for new technological developments
- High sense of responsibility as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Reliability, adaptability, initiative and strong ability to work in a team
