Job Profile

  • Responsibility for the entire model making process, including provision and management of model for production
  • Preparation, inspection, cleaning and proper maintenance of models
  • Handover of models to production according to production plan
  • Measuring and checking the models for quality assurance
  • Setting up new models and carrying out model approval
  • Adaptation and optimization of existing models as required
  • Creating risk analyses and carrying out safety-related training courses
  • Participation in meetings on production processes and complaints
  • Monitoring the model inventory and initiating repeat orders as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes
  • Coordinating work processes to ensure smooth and timely operations
  • Compliance with and monitoring of quality, safety and environmental standards
  • Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of work equipment and facilities

Candidate Profile

  • Completed training as a technical model maker (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on foundry
  • First professional experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing company
  • Openness and enthusiasm for new technological developments
  • High sense of responsibility as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Reliability, adaptability, initiative and strong ability to work in a team
