Job profile
- Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems in production
- Motivation, management and development of employees (m/f/d) according to the principles of effective leadership
- Ensuring the availability of machines and systems
- Planning, implementation and management of preventive maintenance and major repairs
- Preparation of an annual investment and budget plan
- Continuous optimisation of processes and systematic maintenance procedures
- Responsibility for maintenance material stocks, including procurement
- Planning and coordination of maintenance measures after consultation within the plants
- Monitoring compliance with process, work and operating instructions
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations
Candidate profile
- Completed engineering studies or alternatively completed training as an industrial mechanic or electrician with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Business management knowledge desirable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of industrial plant maintenance, preferably in the field of metalworking or machining
- Experience in the management and control of employees (m/f/d)
- Sound knowledge in the implementation of maintenance, servicing and repair measures for production and manufacturing systems
- Expertise in dealing with electronics, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Familiarity with current safety precautions and accident prevention regulations
- Sound knowledge of an ERP system
