Job Profile

• Technical leadership and organization of melting operations
• Further development and implementation of melting technologies to improve process efficiency and quality
• Ensuring smooth production and adherence to high quality standards across all melting processes
• Control and technical monitoring of the melting department using the latest technological methods
• Close cooperation with other departments to achieve production goals and meet operational requirements
• Establishment and maintenance of a solid leadership structure and a motivating work environment
• Continuous improvement of workflows within the melting department and promotion of a strong safety culture

Candidate Profile

• Degree in engineering with a focus on foundry or materials engineering, or comparable technical training with strong practical experience in melting technologies
• Strong technical background with problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in electric melting technology
• High resilience, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to work in a demanding production environment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and establish efficient, structured workflows
• Extensive experience in managing melting operations
• Good command of English
