Job Profile

  • Responsibility for the technical management and organization of the melting operation
  • Further development and implementation of melting technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of processes
  • Ensuring smooth production and compliance with high quality standards in all melting processes
  • Control and technical monitoring of melting operations, taking into account the latest technological processes
  • Working closely with other departments to achieve production targets and meet operational requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining a sustainable management structure and creating a motivating working environment
  • Continuous improvement of work processes in the melting area and promotion of a strong safety culture

Candidate Profile

  • Completed engineering degree with specialization in foundry or materials technology or a comparable technical education, supplemented by in-depth practical experience in melting technology
  • Strong technical background, coupled with problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge and practical expertise in electro-melting technology
  • High resilience, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work in a demanding production environment
  • Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to motivate employees (m/f/d) and establish an efficient and structured way of working
  • Extensive experience in the management of a melting plant
  • Good command of English
