Job Profile
- Management and coordination of development projects in the ceramics department
- Technical support and project coordination at other precision casting locations
- Assistance in claims management
- Reduction of waste through Six Sigma methodologies
- Stabilization of ceramic processes through automated data collection systems
- Proactive process monitoring using statistical tools (SPC, CPK, process control systems)
- Supervision of incoming material inspection for ceramic raw materials
- Optimization of the wax burn-out and burnout processes
- Approval of process changes
- Evaluation of the technical feasibility of new products
- Prototype and ramp-up tracking for new parts
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical degree and several years of experience in the investment casting industry
- In-depth knowledge of processes in the field of ceramic materials
- Experience in the application of Six Sigma methodologies
- Interest in advancing processes through innovative technologies
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
