Job Profile

Management and leadership of automotive projects
Technical contact for renowned OEMs / Tier Ones
Interface to the technical departments of European customers from RFQ to EOP
Project planning and management during quotation preparation, development, validation, and manufacturing phases
Coordination with Sales, Product Design, FE calculation, Engineering & Development
Coordination of the product development process (design, simulation, prototypes, testing, validation) through a deep understanding of product functions
Monitoring and evaluation of necessary changes, optimizations, and processes in engineering and technical implementation

Candidate Profile

Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering, or equivalent skills and knowledge
Relevant professional experience in product engineering within the automotive industry
Proven experience in project management and project leadership
Expertise in product development up to series production readiness
Familiarity with component requirements in the automotive industry
Strong technical understanding and ideally experience with relevant production processes
Solid knowledge in APQP, PPAP, GD&T
Intercultural competence
Fluent German and English skills, Spanish is a plus
